Pros
this place really felt like home to me. The people I met here were some of the strongest coworkers I think I had ever had. I never woke up and did not want to go to work. I felt that what I did was really impactful to my community, and the benefits were pretty good too! The management was very involved with their coworkers, and it felt like a very tight family. The hours were very work/life balance friendly and the managers were always flexible when need be.
Cons
There was not much room for growth and development for technicians. The salary was fair, but not the most competitive among potential hospital salaries.
