No real cons other than pay

I wasn't trained properly or in a timely manner, I was then confused about my job requirements and kept in the dark, my training period lasted well over a month when I was already working by myself by the second week. Management was basically unreachable, and I was often kept in the dark about what was going on and what I needed to do.
