      Pros

      This company has a ton of facilities that are all along the Front Range. The possibilities for transfer is amazing and there is constant growth of the company and with coworkers all around me. The culture is super cool, everyone is very down-to-earth, and I nearly doubled my pay since starting with UCHealth, when compared with the South-East. It seems like all departments that I interact with have a large emphasis on a work-life balance as well. This company has one of the best retirement matching plans in all of Colorado.

      Cons

      Same as with all of healthcare; there is constant growth and change and a genuine effort needs to be made to keep up with technology, department staffing/scheduling, and regulations.

      Pros

      It is a teaching hospital so it is a great learning environment, and has vast amounts of different specialties for the best patient care.

      Cons

      Since getting larger, in the last few years, the employee recognition and rewards has declined slightly, but they still are very great at trying to reward us nonetheless

      Great opportunity for advancement, fantastic benefits and great employees. This is a company on the move with great things to come.

      Cons

      Lots of growth pains right now. It's a good problem to have, but at times a bit disjointed because of how fast we are growing.
