Pros
The managers are very understanding of school schedules and will give you flexible work hours. The staff are all very kind and welcoming, and the pay is good for the type of work. You get paid for overtime
Cons
The dining hall serves a large number of diners, so during peak hours things can get a little hectic. Also the uniforms are hideous and the smallest size is still rather large.
