Pros

UC Ship coverage and fee remissions got me through some rough years, especially because therapy was included (it was limited, though). Even as a part time job, I was enrolled in UC's IRA plan and could roll over some money into my other IRA after I left.

Cons

Only con was that parking was not covered, so it was about $300 for a quarterly permit if you didn't get a carpool permit.
