Pros
UC's has pension funds and that is a fantastic addition to someone retirement , job is very consistent
Cons
the increase of salary is very bad .. there is no incentive to do a better job and get a better review bc we don't get any step increases unless the union gets us an increase salary . mgm is not equal and jobs payments are based on your skills and years of work .
