      Most nurses are willing to help still very heavy patient load for the pay and the new contract is terrible not worth the pay and work tooooo much we work same for less now search up our old contract vs our new one

      Two nurses don’t help very lazy ladies AV and AR LIKE SERIOUSLY I COULD NOT WORK WITH THOSE TWOOO THEY NEED YOU TO DO EVERYTHING LIKE DO YOU ALSO NEED ME TO TIE YOUR SHOES EVERY OTHER NURSE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH besides those two pm nurses

      Great pay, benefits, a lot of room to learn and grow. Option for 12 and 10 hour shifts.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, lack of communication, equipment always broken, understaffed, they use students as employees, poor training. Disregards union contract.

      a lot of great people and patients to work with, my manager is amazing.

      Cons

      Culture has gotten worse due to burn out from low staffing/less benefits/no pay raises but yet UC seems to have money to purchase 2 new hospitals
