      Benefits are great. Coworkers are very helpful. Voluntary overtime is offered several months a year. Offer remote work during the pandemic. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Really high staff turn-over. Promotions are very slow. Opportunities for advancement are limited. Wages are too low. Doesn't keep up with inflation.
