      Pros

      Flexible in day you can work. Can take off a week day to substitute for weekend or work 10-11 hour shifts. A great place to start if have no experience

      Cons

      Got a mediocre raise l. Tried to negotiate wage hike and was told wait next year.

      Good entry level job. If they like you, you will move up.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. If you are normal or average be ready to stay in the same position for a long time. Micromanaged, GIS techs have terrible pay
