      Very Independent They give you a vehicle It really is a fair and nice company

      Cons

      Pay could be better Locations are inconsistent and can be dangerous Hard to keep up on all the parameters changing for pole collection Can be difficult to take time off

      I liked working independently, but I also appreciated that whenever I needed help my manager was extremely responsive.

      Cons

      Really digging deep I'd say a con was using my own car, but honestly it didn't bother me much.
