The teams are highly successful at achieving success in business challenges. The teams are extremely knowledgeable with is awesome for leveraging Geometric Information Technology to help utility organizations achieve top notch utility operations.

      The challenges are complex and the skill already there is among the best. So, you are expected to also be the best.

      Pros

      Reasonable benefit package. Accrued PTO per pay period. Flexible schedule. Great middle management. Having ability to work at ones' own pace. Upper management/owners are currently looking ahead to the future to further client relations as well as employee happiness/satisfaction.

      Cons

      Driving personal vehicle on certain projects- high wear and tear, but only compensated for mileage at lowest federal rate. Driving personal vehicles in urban environments make home-owners uneasy and sometimes hostile due to lack of identification (i.e markings on vehicle and statement of purpose for being on property).

      Flexible hours. Piece-rate addition to your base pay can increase your wages. Working outdoors. Company vehicle.

      Cons

      Not much PTO. Health benefits for families are quite expensive. Poor weather conditions directly affects your pay.
