      Pros

      flexible schedule, good for having to take kids to school etc as you can work around it, CEO seems to care a lot about everyone’s wellbeing

      Cons

      Low pay compared to market, low raises- average 3%, no raise/bonus if not meeting benchmarks, uppers don’t seem to care about lower level workers, minimal room for advancement after tech/specialist level, work level is never consistent and constantly being moved around between projects, work is graded and it’s all about pushing out the most production

      Pros

      You have the ability to contribute ideas and opinions that could help better the company and project you are working on. The people you work with can be great. The CEO is very genuine and a great personable leader.

      Cons

      There are opportunities to move up but it doesn't seem like a workplace that you can retire into unless you are on the management and business side. The time it takes to get enough pay raises and promotions to make a decent pay/ salary is most likely not worth it in terms of a long-term career.
