Pay is below industry standard. And they don't care much for their employees. On paper the benefits seem great but they dont treat employees greatly.

Pros

Good career devolpment with the company. Can be out in the field regularly if desired. Lots of travel if desired. Can be on a new project everyday

Cons

Lots of travel if not wanting to being away from home. Some weekend work rather than a 5-day work week.
