Pros

Friendly staff, intelligent and self motivated workers, helpful and resourceful group of workers, and supportive.

Cons

hours vary during different times of the year, changed over time and slowly losing the values they had sadly.

Incompetent Managing The Competent

Pros

Available work hours, drive time paid for, corporate mentality.

Cons

Vehicles are not taken care of by fellow and/or former employees. Only treated well if needed, as soon as your field slows down you are forgotten about. Incompetent managing the competent, this is a huge problem and the reason for high turn around.
