Pros

You get a free membership. The coaches are the best around.

Cons

You do alot of foot work and you are never rewarded for your hard work. Owners don't care what is going on in the gym. Huge lack of communication and there is no one to hold management accountable but they will definitely push blame on you.

Pros

It's a gym, it's relatively chill but soulless nonetheless

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate, low pay when averaging out the hours needed to be successful, shady coworkers who steal sales and are rewarded for shady activities by management, less than 10% of employees have college degree. Franchises and Corporate locations are tanking nationwide, managements main incentive is to promise future positions (GM spots) but every salesperson who went on to become a GM faced unrealistic goals and were returned within 3 months. Very few at the top benefitting while most struggle to get by
