      Pros

      I was with UFC Gym Chicago for 3 years. Great pay and atmosphere with my team members! Any time I needed to talk with the owner or district managers they were a text or call away, also they are regularly in the gyms to ensure team members have everything they need.

      Cons

      The only con is if you're not personable or lack people skills then this isn't the job for you. Positive vibes go a long way in the gym biz!

      Pros

      The structure is great for trainers. The flexibility of the system allows for trainers a lot personal time. The clients and classes are great, fun and a job to work.

      Cons

      I don't think I have any complaints. Maybe that they'll need more locations to work at. I have nothing else speak of that's a con.

      Pros

      Gym membership, sales were great due to location and training. Had good relationships with members and trainers.

      Cons

      Upper management untrustworthy and shady. Again, it is a franchise so anyone can open. My experience was great for college and a stepping stone. Learned a lot.
