      Great brand fun to work at if you are into fitness or mma you get to go to free ufc events

      Cons

      Don't work for a franchise location the owner calls all the shots there is no one to complain to if the owner is having a bad day

      Pros

      I was with UFC Gym Chicago for 3 years. Great pay and atmosphere with my team members! Any time I needed to talk with the owner or district managers they were a text or call away, also they are regularly in the gyms to ensure team members have everything they need.

      Cons

      The only con is if you're not personable or lack people skills then this isn't the job for you. Positive vibes go a long way in the gym biz!
