Pros

Easy money, free membership, short shifts, gym closes fairly early, free training, gaining knowledge of workouts, meal plans, and fighting

Cons

Sitting around doing nothing, getting harassed by your boss, having to clean the bathrooms because "you're the girl", no HR dept

Pros

For part time work pay is good. Easy job.

Cons

Some gyms have to much corporate affiliation. Every gym is different and corporate can sometimes interfere with the way the owner wants to run business.

Pros

When you have an involved Franchise Owner it makes the gym community more real. Not having to worry - everyone contributes and it's a team effort.

Cons

You get out of it what you out into it! It's a tough job but if you surround yourself with a solid team it makes it manageable.
