Pros

It's a fun environment to work in. The members are great and appreciate all you do for them. The gym attracts great coaches. You get free gym membership. The brand is excellent & obviously well known.

Cons

Very slow (non-existent) process to train staff/coaches. It helps tremendously if you already have a solid martial arts/coaching background. Very high turnover of coaches & management. No other benefits besides free membership.

Pros

-Great facilities, with a ton of members to potentially turn into clients. -High pay rate for top certifications ie. 5 Certs or more -Benefits if you qualify ie. selling enough and logging enough sessions

Cons

Horrible hourly wage when not training clients for either teaching the DUT class or just working the floor.
