No life balance, all work

Pros

Get to meet UFC fighters if a new club. Gym offers different energetic vibe. Lots of teamwork and new connections being made. Fun environment socially. MMA workouts right at your fingertips. All other gyms are now boring to me. With more clubs on the line = more opportunity.

Cons

Zero life, all work. If below 90% of goal, work Saturdays. Present for monthy to twice monthly UFC fights Saturday nights. Work day is typically 9-10hrs. Everyone is disposable no matter what you've done for the company. Sales over integrity and customer service.

Typical Gym Sales

Pros

Great environment, great teamwork, and a new up and coming company. It's awesome when you can see a company develop and we have great leadership in place to suceed.

Cons

Typical rollercoaster ride of seasonal sales. Just like any fitness sales job, it'll have it's great months and its slow months. But the gym is different in many ways so you'll be able to keep it more consistant with its individuality.
