-While the Ufc and New Evolution Ventures are great business owners, the majority of locations are actually Franchised by individuals and unfortunately there are some franchises owners who don't know the fitness business. -Your Trainers who work 25-30 hours weekly make more than the General Managers who work 45-50+ hrs week. -My franchise owner didn't offer any insurance, and had no prior knowledge in Fitness, so it's hard to grow when you know more than the Owner. -If you have worked as a GM in other Fitness chajns, you won't be used to the Low Base Salary + Comp Plan if you work for a Franchise
