Bad pay. Poor management. Long hours.

Disconnected management team, operation manager only hires pretty girls for front desk, complains a lot, never give proper guidance or support general manager only sits down, lack of communication to not only the whole staff, but clients as well only thinks. fitness manager is rarely at the gym, and gets paid salary. Expect his coaches to be all the time and be paid only by the sessions they are able to Find. Fitness manager, lacks empathy. He consistently complains on how little the coaches are doing when he again hires more coaches than clientele coaches are fighting for clients, just to survive another day. Coaches are expected so much out of but yet receive very little help. coaches are expected to bring clientele in but yet not get the commission membership sales where the sales team who done nothing get the commission received that compensation.
