Pros

free ultimate membership an extra membership and 3 $15 a month memberships to give to family or friends

Cons

you have to create your own business and go look for it, build your own schedule, manage your clients, update your own business plan, sell yourself and you have to meet both a monthly supplement goal and PT goal to meet certain percentages of commission. The first rank of commission is 3%. A coaching position like this requires a full time schedule and pay in order to have the mental energy to continue to do it properly in my opinion, in order to do well. However, there is no full time position unless you meet a certain amount of sessions serviced the month before. There are no benefits either, and often there is very little support or training offered by the company without you using money out of your own pocket.
