      The owners are great people to work with. The gym itself is amazing. It's rely a community gym.

      Cons

      Gym is not open 24 hours a day yet.

      Free gym membership and discounts. Initially friendly environment.

      Cons

      Low pay. Owners kept intervening with rage during business operations. Hostile & toxic environment to women and ethnic people (lots of stereotyping and mocking). Promised commission and yet received none. No WH&S training despite having hospitality business within. Owner pushed me out to hire his daughter under the guise of 'redundancy'. Overall, not worth it to actually invest yourself in.
