Pros
It's a great and diverse environment with plenty of knowledge in martial arts. Also you get to take all the mma and advance training classes can't beat that. The pay is average since I worked at a smaller UFC Gym
Cons
management should really do back round checks before hiring someone. They should meetings with trainers and help update them on whats new in the industry. Education is key even though most of us are fighters. :)
