      The constant and daily, even hourly focus is sales and numbers. Management will try to say that it’s not about numbers, but you will be berated by them to make cold calls, force appointments, and report on what your numbers are several times daily. The focus has somehow shifted from helping people to move better, meet their goals, and feel better to just meeting sales goals.
