      This applies to the Davie and Fort Lauderdale locations only. Unorganized. No structure. No growth. Coaches turn over is hiiiigh, Franshise owner is NOT a leader and def not a martial artist of any kind.

      - Great facilities - Compared to the industry pretty good pay with ability to make a lot - Free Gym - Great staff - Fun helping people improve themselve

      Cons

      - No work/life balance - Payroll issues - Not much room to move up unless you move around a lot which for some may not be an issue.

      -Surrounded by amazing people and product. - UFC GYM has a strong mission and stands by it -Free membership which includes technique classes if you are interest in martial arts -product sells itself

      Cons

      -Depending if your working for a corporate backed club its usually better and more organized -Compensation was low -Corporate is always changing things
