Pros

Money is good if you work in sales. You get free membership for yourself. You don’t have to worry about coming home after work then hitting the gym.

Cons

No structure from management, to much turn over in management. Always a new manager being transferred to locations and managers leaving to other companies. Gone through multiple presidents. Gone through multiple employees at all locations. Finally the structure in place for franchisees is not a great one. No training what’s so ever. Working in Corona seen them set up for failure month in month out.
