Pros
Good work/life balance. Rarely expected to work outside of regular workday, exception being the occasional software deployment meeting. Full Remote! UFG was very good about allowing full remote work for its employees, even for myself who only lived 20 minutes from the home office
Cons
Slower moving company, as is expected with larger organizations.
