      Pros

      The atmoshere was great, the office is new. There is still room to grow. Many of the employees were very insightful when you asked for help.

      Cons

      Can't think of any or maybe the pay was sub par.

      Pros

      Great company! It still feels like a small family owned business yet it is large and strong. Good place to work over all. Supervisors I have worked with are patient and non abusive.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low for field adjusters. Supervisors tend to manage files instead of managing their people, They often promote those who do a poor job just to get them out of the way. The good adjusters get all of the crap dumped on them because they don't complain. Still multi-line adjusters so makes work a lot more difficult to keep up. Lack a good training department.
