Pros

The firm invests in their employees education by offering paid courses through the institutes, tuition reimbursement, and in-house eLearners. They care about employees growth and goals by assigning a mentor to train you one-on-one, and a one-on-one monthly meeting with your supervisor led by the employee to discuss questions, concerns, goal progress, anything you wish. They take wellness very seriously in that they offer flexible schedules, access to a wellness center, and a wellness coach. They offer several benefits and several health plan options, high deductibles and co-pay options. Above all, the company culture is stellar. Employees are all friendly and helpful.

Cons

The firm is currently undergoing a large transformation in structure and transition into a new system. This isn’t a con necessarily but if you are not adaptable to change, this would not be a good fit.

Pros

Co-workers are the only reason to stay

Cons

You are now just a number at UFG. The pay is horrible. All they want now is robots. Disappointing in what this company is becoming.
