- Wonderful people and teams across the enterprise and branches. - Learn-first environment that is actually supported by the company. - A lot of great change management activities and preparing for the future currently happening.

- The company likely doesn't move as fast as you would hope, but they are working on it. - Current state of preparedness for the future can be viewed as good or bad.

Pros

~Decent Benefits ~Flexible hours / Work remotely. ~No micro-managing (during my tenure). ~Prior to C-19, fun employee events.

Cons

~Corporate communication to all locations is good; local communication within the branches / teams could be greatly improved. ~Grapevine...nothing is private. This includes team supervisors/management. If you are in one of the clicks, you know what's going to happen before it happens. Very unprofessional, in my humble opinion.

It was a good company with lots of opportunity.

Cons

Seems to be falling apart. Management wont give the more quiet people a fair shot. Too political and pushes the "woke" people issues.
