      flex time, benefits, casual work environment

      Cons

      hire millenials & then give them mgmt./super positions way before they are qualified. Recently hired a VP with zero experience. Pay is sub-par compared to peers. Outside experience is not valued at all. Very cliqueish inside the office. Millenials run the asylum.

      Pros

      This is a positive and growing company with great management. The comraderie of the staff and the openness and honesty of manager is refreshing

      Cons

      The automated systems are slow. It seems like maybe there should be some better analysis of the different offices for things like goals.

      Pros

      You really become part of a family/team environment working at UFG. Overall the people are very dedicated and hard-working. They encourage taking in-house training to further your knowledge of the insurance industry so you can do your best.

      Cons

      They have a terrible problem with retaining talent. Management is short-sighted when it comes to seeing the long-term value of employees and are to quick to hire/fire.
