Pros
There is room for opportunity and growth. It is a friendly environment where management is not breathing down your neck as long as you are doing your job. We have a great mix of people in our department. I like the office structure since we have moved to our new office located in Webster, TX
Cons
Just like any other place you work, you have office politics. If you mind your own business and do your job, you should be fine. If you are terminated/fired, it is because you have done something really unacceptable because UFG gives you a lot of opportunities to straighten up your act or to improve in the areas that you are struggling.
