Pros

Can be a stepping stone in your career that will lead to a better opportunity. There is a bonus

Cons

- everyone has a hybrid schedule except finance even though they describe it as a hybrid position on the job description. -they say it is a “lose” 45 hour work week but it is actually more that you are expected to work. - Will be asked to work on weekends and through your lunch. - “Cliquey” atmosphere - they do not value work-life balance. -micro management - extremely heavy workload.

Pros

The lower level workers were awesome to work with no matter what department they were in. The management was a different story. Too many chiefs in charge. Some of the managers would get mad if people from their team were helping other workers from another department.

Cons

PTO is very little unless you've been there for a while. Training was really poor. Communication was not there and if there was communication, it was vague or a straight lie.
