Pros

Better than most employers in the area. Benefits are good and there are some cool perks to the corporate campus.

Cons

They're a bit old fashioned when it comes to their stance on things like WFH though. Software is not their primary focus and there can be a lot of bureaucratic red tape to navigate and get your work done.

Some flexibility for WFH. Overall good people.

Cons

Not much diversity at headquarters. Base salary is always much lower than industry standard. Some management is too busy to check in with their employees.
