      Pros

      Corporate management (Not Grand Rapids) is capable and talented.

      Cons

      The Grand Rapids facility sales is dropping rapidly. Massive losses taken each month. Current plant management continues to attempt to implement systems designed for a stable production environment. No clue how to manage the decline. A sales force that blindly believes they guide customer and production facility.
