      -Majority of people are helpful and easy to work with -Small site so you get to know everyone fast and get familiar with all product lines -Opportunities to learn a lot of manufacturing and the processes

      -You tend to do more outside of your hiring scope due to lack of resources - Some management positions can be rude and unwilling to teach

      I was told not to wear make up for very good reasons yet some individuals didn’t have to follow that rule. I would follow the example of everyone else and I was singled out and told it was wrong while I’m seeing people do the exact same thing.
