As a janitor employee, and speaking for many, we are given no incentives, motivation, celebrations, or even try to encourage us to work. this company pays below or minimum salary, this sucks because in today's society, you cannot afford your mortgage, bills, or needs. This company needs to raise a 10% margin to the current hourly pay to all janitors, since we keep the buildings clean for all to walk in.

Awful communication between leaders and staff - No room for growth - Salary is awful comparing to other companies. Not a professional setting. Owner is constantly swearing over the phone.
