      Quick paced, the company has been growing rapidly. There are a lot of new hires, and upper administration have been good about listening to and implementing feedback from new and old employees. Head of the company checks in with people at all levels to see how they are doing. UG2 still has a comfortable atmosphere as it grows.

      Cons

      Changes based on feedback can be slow to implement. Communication between departments needs work
