awesomen rewards, not friendly management

Pros

anual bonuses, raises (even if just inflation adjustment),lots of benefits, integration parties, generally company is not cheap

Cons

management is more protected than the employees, so reports on mobbing fall on deaf ears while the employees that report it suddenly get fired
