Pros

John Walsh is a wonderful CEO who cares about the company and the employees. He's very approachable, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. Hearing him speak at quarterly meetings was always interesting. The company is very generous to employees in terms of events and some of the benefits.

Cons

Too numerous to list. The company is a mess. None of the business units communicate or have any kind of uniformity - leading to error after error. Paychecks, W2s, benefits, etc. The new system from HR is awful, which just added to the employee errors. In addition, there's a culture of blame throughout the organization. You hear people taking more time to tell you why the error wasn't theirs rather than just saying, "You're right - there was an error. Let's fix it and figure out how to prevent it from happening again." It's a negative and toxic culture and environment. And they have very little diversity.

Pros

Interview process was relatively extensive. Had three one-on-one sessions with three different individuals, which provided insight into the company and position from different perspectives, so I didn't feel blindsided by anything when I started. Expectations from interview translated directly to when I started in the position. Overall, company supports a great work-life balance from work from home options to time off to understanding and transparent management. Compensation and benefits are great.

Cons

Office facilities (i.e. kitchen, cubicles, office furniture, etc) could use an upgrade/renovation, as everything seems old, out-of-date. Especially given the office location, as neighboring buildings and the town center has been recently built up to be more modern. Puts the office in stark contrast.
