Direct impact on results, authority to use hands on mentality and problem solving. Multicultural environment with mostly collaborative colleagues.

Cons

Permanent lack of resources High and increasing workload and responsibilities Frequent changes in leadership Reactive measures, just short term goals. Carriers of individuals seems to depending on their nationality (at least in Europe)
