Pros

Good team. Professional, courteous, hard working and smart people work at that company. International exposure and continuous growth of the company. Good networking opportunities.

Cons

Very low salaries, not good benefits, rigid managers, head of department would change mind continuously. Communication is not direct and the structure of the internal audit department is set a as a bottle neck that results in projects taking way too long time to complete.

Utility company so it will be around forever. Multi national. Great benefits. Lots of nice people.

Cons

No value of employees as people. There is an expectation that your personal life will be put on hold to get work done. There is a lot of favoritism shown

Company is on the grow domestically and internationally. Based on your skill set and the job / position there could be many opportunities available.

Cons

On comparing with my other employment experiences, employee benefits are somewhat out-of-date for year "1".
