Good team. Professional, courteous, hard working and smart people work at that company. International exposure and continuous growth of the company. Good networking opportunities.
Cons
Very low salaries, not good benefits, rigid managers, head of department would change mind continuously. Communication is not direct and the structure of the internal audit department is set a as a bottle neck that results in projects taking way too long time to complete.
