The Consulting Team's small size allows you to really get to know the team, creating a tight-knit, collaborative environment. The delivery team is highly educated and passionate about their work, with each person dedicated to delivering quality results and driving success.
Cons
Leadership within Consulting has no vision or strategy. They consistently lack direction and make emotional, inconsistent decisions that have a negative impact on the business. Most, if not all, projects would die out before finished, leading to inconsistent priorities, wasted time, and burnt out employees. What makes it worse is that the employees are passionate about the company and its potential, but leadership does not share that same passion or investment. The active discussions among the staff about how poor the leadership has become speak volumes. It’s disappointing to see the investment in individual development die down and the once thriving culture deteriorate under the current leadership. The high turnover rate has confused employees, and the lack of communication on a plan or goals leads to worried worker bees.
