Pros
The work environment is incredible, how they help you get started in the professional world. This is my first work experience, I compare it with all my university classmates and without a doubt I am the one who has the best job, the best salary, the best colleagues and the one who learned the most in the shortest time.
Cons
There is nothing important that I don't like, but I would like the salary they pay in Uruguay to be more similar to what they pay in the United States.
