      Canteen, office space is good, free snacks

      Cons

      They are working on a very outdated technology stack, so I do not see meaningful value addition to my career growth. The work culture is poor, with a constant fear of termination, and the organization appears to be in a recurring cycle of layoffs, often finding new reasons to reduce staff every couple of months.

      Worked with awesome people. Smart, dedicated, helpful, kind. Best of the best.

      Frequent layoffs. Make sure to max out your 401K and put aside an emergency fund while you're working there.

      Pros

      Some teams are trying to keep the culture alive on their own despite the sad decline going on outside

      Cons

      Low trust in leadership, leadership has low trust in employees. Overworked, burned out colleagues, silent layoffs, talented and experienced colleagues leaving en masse. There is a feeling of a state of emergency where CSAT scores are low and they're throwing garbage process changes to all of engineering as if one size fits all which couldn't be further from the truth
