Direct teams and coworkers can be fantastic partners, with strong collaboration and mutual support. There is wide access to additional learning and development opportunities if one is self-driven enough to seek them out.
Cons
There is a complete lack of transparency and communication with leadership. The culture of sudden and constant layoffs has also cultivated a strong sense of fear and uncertainty. This has completely degraded the goodwill and sense of community within the organization, as it is difficult not feel like a number when so many experienced and knowledgeable peers suddenly vanish.
