The former Ultimate Software company had a people first culture, since the merger UKG has become just another company. Executive leadership are numbers and results driven and could care less about the employees. - Constant changes -More work, less pay -Career advancement minimal -Lack of career development -Unrealistic workload with results/numbers driven culture

Raises haven't kept up once with inflation or cost of living increases in the 3 years I've been here, promotions aren't done fairly, people will steal your work and stab you in the back to get ahead, the politics are toxic, people have literally died from working here and the rest are having mental breakdowns and it isn't even acknowledged. They can't keep anyone good 28% of the company are kids fresh out of college because everyone left or is about to walk out the door.
